Dr. Tabitha is the Director, E Learning at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a dedicated E learning expert, researcher and trainer. Her present focus is in e-learning systems, inclusive education and work systems, distance education, evidence-based practice / research, rehabilitation science and medical education.
Tabitha excels at connecting with the professional communities, collaborating with key stakeholders, cultivating relationships with various community groups through dedicated outreach plans and E network services to diverse community groups and populations.
