Leon has a knack for performance measurement and evaluative research, with a passion for promoting best practices in evaluation approaches and methods for quality programming. Some of his publications include; Organizational Structure, in the Context of Change Management and Performance of Companies Listed in Nairobi Securities Exchange in Kenya; Human Resource Capability and Competitive Advantage of Sugar Companies in Western Kenya.
