Allan comes with rich experience in change management, industrial relations and research, having worked with the Wilsher Group, GlaxoWellcome & Bristol-Myers Squibb and the marine industry in the UK and Antarctica. He brings over 25 years in management consulting in Africa, Asia and Europe.
