Retta Gudisa is the Retta has a accountMonitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager, USAID funded Development and Food Security Activities (DFSA) /SPIR Project, World Vision, Ethiopia.
Retta’s expertise is in designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems of complex donor programmes and projects for institutions like USAID, DFID and BMGF as well as sector-wide M&E systems for agriculture, natural resources, livestock, and food security sectors. He has conducted numerous evaluative researches and impact evaluations, offering vast experience in sustainable rural livelihoods and financial services, resilience and DRR, health and nutrition.
Retta believes in a disciplined MEL application in human rights based approach to programming and in results based management processes. He’s reputed for his analytical approach, professionalism and values based leadership.
